The lakes at Dobbrikow consist of five lakes that are not connected to each other. Most fish are around 11 lbs. But there were several fish caught above 34 lbs. Particularely there is a lot of mud. Another problem is the camping site at one of these lakes. Anglers from this camping site often fish the prebaited swims.

The lakes at Nudow are formerly gravel pits that are actually heavily fished. There are not much carp but you can catch fish above 35 lbs. Here is the same problem like at the lake above. If you prebait a swim you for sure can not fish there because of other angler sitting at this place. The waters themself have a lot of weed in and are particularely very shallow. Very good is it to prebait with particles like corn or chick peas.

The gravel lakes at Zehdenik consist of nearly 50 lakes. Because we have just fished few waters we can only tell about these. In most of these waters are many carp. The weight is normaly between 6 and 22 lbs. But fish wide above 44 lbs have allready been caught. There is no mud in the water and less weed. Some lakes have wonderfull reed islands in the water and most lakes can be fished well.

The Teltow channel is a shipping channel that flows crosswise through Berlin. In addition, a ca.6 kilometer long section is situated in Brandenburg. This area can be divided into two sections, because there is a lock Kleinmachnow. The areas directly over and under the lock are the best places. Worth mentioning is also the Machnower lake, by which the Teltowkanal flows. The lake is relatively flat and muddy, so that the best places are at the in and discharge. The channel is between 60 and 120 feet wide and about 13 feet. The fish stock is quite good, even if the small carps are in the majority. In the Teltow channel already fish about 42 lbs were caught. Underneath the lock already large catfish were caught.

The Muldestausee is a large lake in the heart of Sachsen-Anhalt. In this lake there are many carp but you have to search them. Fish above 30 lbs can be caught at any time and larger fish are possible. At this lake you have to prebait very heavy. The largest fish ever caught at this lake was about 46 lbs. Long ways must be walked or you have to use a boat because of the woods around the lake. There are also large Catfish and Walleye in this lake.
