Throwing sticks are a usefull tool to feed boilies at long range. Because some of them are very expensive you might build one at your own. You will need the following tools and materials: pvc-pipe (aprox. 1 inch diametre) a gas stove or something simillar some sand 2 cork a sharp knive some plaster or something simillar Lets start: Fill the pvc-pipe with the sand and close it with the cork Mark the bending places. Heat the pvc-pipe at the first bending place until it becomes soft and bend it. Cool down the pipe under cold water. Do the same at the other places. Remove the cork at the top and the sand. Cut the pipe at the upper end. Place some plaster at the handle for better handling. First throwing tests. You will need at least 15 minutes, the throwing stick will last aprox 8...10 DM.
